Abstract
Il saggio esamina da diverse prospettive lo stutus del ricercatore universitario a tempo determinato nell’attuale sistema legislativo alla luce anche della prassi giurisprudenziale e delle recenti modifiche apportate alla c.d. legge Gelmini (l. n. 240/2010). L’analisi prende in considerazione i profili del finanziamento e del reclutamento dei ricercatori, nonché gli aspetti più problematici collegati alle regole concorsuali e all’inquadramento del contratto a termine dei ricercatori universitari nell’ambito dei principi nazionali ed europei.
The Fixed-Term Research: Problems and Perspectives of Recruitment of University Lecturers
The essay examines the stutus of university researchers in the current legal system and in light of the recent amendments to the so-called Gelmini law (l. n. 240/2010). The analysis takes into account the profiles of the financing and the recruitment of researchers, as well as the most problematic aspects related to the employment relationship of this category of fixed-term workers in the framework of Italian and European principles.
